On September 30th and October 1st, Dat Xanh Group successfully organized the two-day-one-night team building vacation combining with charity activities for all the Group employees. The journey closed with many valuable memories and emotions remain in the hearts of each member of Dat Xanh family.

Despite the tight schedule full of charity activities, games, challenges starting from 5:30 am, all members were really excited and ready to join. The Dat Xanh fleet quickly traveled to Long Thanh District, Dongs Nai Province, and participated in charity activities organized at the Thien Binh social supporting orphanage - home to 167 orphans and 29 elders.

At Thien Binh orphanage, the teams jointly created a warm and happy mid-autumn festival atmosphere for the people living here. Mid-Autumn Festival in Thien Binh orphanage this year became happier when all the members of Dat Xanh and the children together sang the songs, participated in musical activities, decorated the public area with lots of balloons, lanterns, pennants, ribbons, gifts, ... Holing hands are the evidence for the strength of solidarity, increase of love and warm feelings between human in the society. On this occasion, Dat Xanh Group donated 4 tons of rice, gifts, groceries … to Thien Binh orphanage, which was a very practical action. Beyond expectations, Dat Xanh Group attracted up to 100 million dongs as charity donations, together with other matters such as groceries, books, clothes, backpack, crayons, etc.

Leaving Thien Binh orphanage with full of emotions and feelings, the fleet traveled to Ho Coc to participate in challenging team building activities. During the journey, the teams must undergo an entertainment challenge by making funny jokes and livestreaming for points. Arriving at the Huong Phong Resort-Ho Coc, although the activities were held under the "killing" heat by the coast, it still could not stop the fire of the eight teams. Each team wore their own distinctive colors with unique and funny slogans. The games required solidarity, tactics, leadership skills as well as the spirit of playing as good as possible which caused everyone sweat out of exhaust, but they were extremely excited. Activities such as water gun fight, maze running, catching the balls, winning the flag, crossing obstacles to thrown balls, ... were extremely fierce. It was solidarity that brought the winner's team great rewards.

After the challenging activities, the fleet traveled to Vietsovpetro - Ho Tram Resort to rest and get ready for the beach party. Although the night party was "supported" by a heavy rain but it could not stop any Dat Xanh members from participating the party. The party was held outdoor with BBQ, live music, dancers, and a myriad of memorable activities such as finding the faces of the "Queen of the Ocean - God of the Sea", team music, BBQ beer party, …

The team-building and charity program ended, but the spirit of solidarity is always burning in everyone's heart. With the spirit of solidarity that created collective strength, the team building program expressed the core values of Dat Xanh: Aspiration - Integrity - Professionalism - Humanity. It was the unity that gave everyone a meaningful journey, full of love and left in their mind the beautiful images of love, humanity, affection among the members of Dat Xanh family.
